Pet Policies & Fees
- Maximum of 2 Pets Per Apartment
- No Weight Restrictions
- We will collect NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEES (not deposits) in the amount of $350 per pet at move-in (subject to change dependent on market)
- We will collect monthly pet rent in the amount of $30 per pet (subject to change dependent on the market)
- ALL dogs will require the following documentation to be authorized to live on-site.
- Updated vaccination records required by State/Local Law
- Letter from the vet stating pet does not display aggressive behavior
- Pet interview required with on-site team
- Photo of the pet in the resident file
